Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Interview Practice at interview-practice.com (the “Service”), operated by [OPERATOR NAME] (“we”, “us”). By signing in or using the Service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Interview Practice lets you rehearse interviews with AI participants or with another person, and gives you transcripts, evaluations and coaching afterwards. The Service is currently offered as a free preview: it is subject to usage limits shown in the app, its features may change, and we may suspend or end it at any time.

2. Eligibility and your account

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into the Service and of your transcripts. You give us a licence to store, process and transmit that content — including sending it to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy — only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for having the right to share what you submit.

5. AI-generated output

Questions, the AI participants’ replies, evaluations and coaching are generated automatically. They are for practice only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not professional, career, legal or hiring advice. They do not predict the outcome of any real interview. Use your own judgement.

6. Other people

When you practice with a partner, you are responsible for how you treat them. Do not record, copy or share a partner’s contributions outside the Service without their consent.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as Google for sign-in. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or that we must close by law, and we may end the free preview generally. Sections 4 to 11 survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content will never be lost.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes will be resolved in the courts there, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post changes here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
