Rehearse the interview before it counts.
Talk it through, out loud, with an AI interviewer that knows your role, seniority and industry — then see exactly how you came across. Five-minute drills on the one question you keep fumbling, or a full 45-minute loop.

Four ways to practice
Pick your seat. We bring whoever else the interview needs.
Get interviewed
Parker, our AI interviewer, asks the questions, follows up on what you say, and probes where your answer is thin — out loud, with live captions.
Sit in the interviewer’s chair
Interview Oswee, our AI candidate. Hiring soon, or want to hear what a strong answer sounds like from the other side? Start here.
Watch two AIs
Set the role and let Parker interview Oswee while you watch. A low-pressure way to see how a good interview flows before it’s your turn.
Practice with a friend
Invite anyone by email or send them a link. You get the same room, live captions, a saved transcript and an evaluation — no AI in the chair.
Made for your role, whatever it is
Pick the field, position, seniority and industry. The interviewer’s questions follow from them.

Drill into a single answer for details and clarity. When you’re ready, step up to a 15-minute round or a realistic 45-minute slot.
Mini interviews: one focus area, fifteen minutes.
Dive deep into an area with multiple related questions. When you’re ready, step up to a realistic 45-minute slot.
Full interviews: the real thing, forty-five minutes.
free form discussion like a real interview. You decide the content and format.

Strong on requirements: you asked about traffic and latency before designing anything. The token-bucket choice was sound, but the trade-off against a sliding window was asserted rather than explained — say why it fits this API.
“I’d just use a token bucket.”
Try: name the alternative you rejected and the one reason this API tips it.

- Coaching you can act on. What went well, the moments to work on with a stronger answer for each, and one thing to practise next — a click turns it into a five-minute drill.
- Scores you can compare. Overall signal, clarity and relevance, each out of five, with a written assessment explaining them.
- The whole conversation, yours to keep. Every turn of the transcript, exportable to HTML or PDF and shared with the partner you practised with.

Questions
Is it free?
Yes, while we’re in preview, and there’s no card to enter. To keep it fair each account can practice up to a total of 10 5-minute interviews.
What do I need?
A modern browser and a microphone. A camera is optional. There’s a built-in check for your camera, mic, speakers and how well you’re being heard.
Who can see my interviews?
You do, and so does the partner you invited to that interview. Nobody else.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — the dashboard and the meeting room both work in a phone browser. A laptop is more comfortable for coding and whiteboard interviews.
Is it only for software engineers?
No. There are 16 fields, from product, design and data to sales, finance, healthcare, legal and leadership — each with the interview styles that fit it, like case studies and portfolio reviews.
